A legitimate rental company or concierge will have a verifiable footprint: a real website, a way to find them through a general search beyond just the listing itself, and ideally reviews or a track record you can check independently rather than only testimonials on their own site. This doesn't need to be a huge company — a small, specialized concierge service is completely normal in this market — but it should be findable and checkable.
