The Best Time to Visit Marrakech

Marrakech is a year-round destination, but the experience changes dramatically with the seasons. Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer the most comfortable temperatures for exploring the medina on foot, with warm days and cool evenings.

Summer (June to August) brings intense heat, often above 40°C, which is best enjoyed from a shaded riad courtyard or a villa with a private pool. Winter (December to February) is mild during the day but can be surprisingly cold at night, especially in stone-built riads.
